Curtain Call Color Challenge Act 33

Happy Sunday! So glad you could stop by for my first submission as Guest Designer for the Curtain Call Color Challenge at Stacey's Stamping Stage. The colors this week are such a breath of fresh air!

I was excited to use the sailboat image from PTI's Men of Life again, and I had the perfect argyle paper from DCWV to paper piece the sails. I also used a Cuttlebug embossing folder to add some fabulous swirls around the boat to mimic the wind, and on the navy strip at the bottom as waves on the water.

Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (Enchanted Evening, Spring Rain, white)
Patterned paper: Die Cuts with a View (Nana's Kitchen stack)
Stamps: Papertrey Ink (Men of Life, Mega Mixed Messages)
Ink: Papertrey Ink (Enchanted Evening)
Tools: ProvoCraft (Divine Swirls embossing folder)
other: Papertrey Ink (ribbon)

I love how this turned out, with just those few little details that make a simple design into something special.

The Curtain Call Crew has samples to show you today, too, so make sure you stop by to see: Amy White at Devlinwhite Designs
