Papertrey Ink update

Hi friends!

As you probably remember, I recently vented my frustration over the fact that I had not received the September release prize package that I won from Papertrey Ink, and that I had not heard from Customer Service in several weeks.

I am happy to report that I received an email from Julie at PTI today, in which she apologized and explained that the package had been shipped weeks ago.  I still don't have any tracking information in order to find out where it went, but it obviously didn't make it to me.

Julie generously offered to send another package, and offered to let me replace the Christmas sets in my prize package with other PTI stamp sets.  This seems more than fair, and I greatly appreciate Julie's willingness to make it right.

It was very difficult for me during the last PTI release, feeling disconnected from the festivities and disgruntled over the lack of service I had received when I had a complaint.  I am hopeful that this is a step in the right direction, and that in the future I will be able to put as much faith in PTI's customer service as I already do in their products.

I will keep you all posted here on the blog if there are further developments.

I'll be back with a card tomorrow!  Thanks for stopping by!

Perhaps your package went to Brazil like mine did. Had a similar experience to yours and it does take the gloss off this great company a bit.

Keep those wonderful cards coming and have a lovely Christmas.

I'm so glad they're going to right the situation. Although the lack of tracking information from the first package seems a little suspicious!

i'm glad that it is working out for you. I was bummed when I read your earlier post a while back because i was so excited that you won. I'm wondering which option you'll choose: keep the christmas stuff or go with door #2? :)

Well, its about time! I wonder why it took her so long to tell you this?? I AM happy that it seems like they're doing something, and that was a nice gesture to let you choose if you want to change the stamps...so will you?

Hi Christina! Yay yay yay! I was soo disappointed in PTI after reading your post about your package. I am beyond unhappy with PTI in regards to their CS. However, I am so glad to hear that Julie is giving you the option of switching sets....very nice gesture. I hope you will now get to enjoy your goodies! Have a very wonderful holiday!

Ug! I had a very similar experience when I won a PTI release. It took 6 weeks to receive and then it wasn't even complete. Never received the rest of it and I gave up trying to communicate with them after that. Glad you were able to get it resolved :)
