Curtain Call Act 51

Hello friends!  It's time for another round of the Curtain Call Color Challenge!  This week Stacey has chosen a fresh, clean color combo and inspiration photo.  This one is right up my alley!

I wanted my card to be fairly clean and simple, so I stamped one of the cute birdcages from SU's Aviary set, along with the little owl and one of the birds (it looks a little crooked in the photo but it must be the camera angle, because it is perfectly straight!).  The sentiment is from PTI's Mega Mixed Messages, and I underlined it with some dots using a black pen.

The strip of So Saffron cardstock is impressed with the Argyle impression plate, which I tapped with white ink to mimic a letterpress effect and add more dimension to the pattern.  Three black rhinestones in the corner finished it off.

Cardstock:  Stampin' Up! (So Saffron, Marina Mist), Papertrey Ink (white), Bazzill (kraft)
Stamps:  Stampin' Up! (Aviary), Papertrey Ink (Mega Mixed Messages)
Ink:  Stampin' Up! (So Saffron, Marina Mist), Clearsnap (Black, Frost White)
Tools:  Spellbinders (oval dies), Papertrey Ink (Argyle impression plate)
Accessories:  Michaels (ribbon, rhinestones), black pen

The Curtain Call Crew has samples to show you today, too, so make sure you stop by to see:
