Hello, friends! I'm back with one more card to share today, this time for Heather's Totally Hues Challenge. She's chosen another wonderful combination of colors:
I am completely in love with the new Flora & Fauna stamp set from WPlus9. These dogwood images are incredibly detailed and gorgeous! I love that they don't need any coloring to make a statement. Here, I stamped the large dogwood branch a few times along one side and the bottom of my card base. I die cut Mat Stack 1 from Rustic Cream cardstock, but I didn't want it to completely cover up the flowers on the card base, so I stamped that part of the image onto the Mat Stack as well.
I was totally inspired by THIS card by Karen and THESE cards by Dawn, especially the way they layered the banner die cut with the labels. I don't have the banner die, so I just cut my own banner from Aqua Mist cardstock and added a glitter strip in the middle. I layered that with a Raspberry Fizz doily and a frame and sentiment from Tag-its #1.

I have been eyeing this stamp set from wplus9 for a while now....you may have just pushed me over the edge! What you don't have the banner die? It's a must have Christina! :) I love this card with the pop of that pink doily!!

I agree with Danielle, my jaw is still on the floor! I can't decide which part I like the most--those gorgeous chocolate dogwoods, the yummy mat stack or the to-die-for glitter strip. Simply fabulous, all of it! :-)
