Hello, friends and hoppers! I'm so excited to be participating in my first DeNami Blog Hop! This month the theme is Floral Frenzy, and there is sure to be tons of inspiration at every stop. I recently won a gift certificate to the DeNami store and had the opportunity to purchase this large Lilac stamp. I love that it makes a large focal point, so the rest of the card came together quickly. I stamped the lilac branch onto white cardstock and colored the image with Prismacolor pencils and OMS, outlining the image with a T1 Copic marker. I cut it out with the largest Spellbinders scalloped oval.
The sentiment is the Friends stamp, also from DeNami, stamped and heat embossed in white. Using a Stamp-a-ma-jig made it easy to line up.
The Plum Pudding card base is debossed with PTI's Linen & Canvas impression plate, and the dotty paper is from PTI's 2008 Bitty Dot Basics. A strip of white satin ribbon and a couple of white pearls finish it off.

I have a lilac tree that I walk under when it is in bloom. This reminds me of my tree. I can already smell it's fragrance. Oh i am getting excited about spring! I love the colors and the way you put it all together. TFS
