It's time for another edition of The 12 Kits of Holidays, and this month has a Christmas theme. Our hostess, Jeanne, sent a box overflowing with beautiful supplies:

I have two cards to share today, but I'll be back with a couple more later in the week once I get them photographed.
The papers in this kit from Basic Grey were so lovely, I wanted them to be the star of the show. Isn't this intricate die cut beautiful, too?
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (Pure Poppy, Ripe Avocado, Aqua Mist)
Patterned paper: Basic Grey (Aspen Frost)
Stamp: Stampin' Up! (Tags 'til Christmas)
Ink: Stampin' Up! (Real Red)
Tools: Spellbinders (Fancy Tags Two die), Stampin' Up! (label punch)
Other: gems, thread
My second card is also clean and simple, which makes it great for mailing. The tips of the tree branches have been dusted with a glitter pen. I adore the look of the birch patterned paper!
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (Vintage Cream)
Patterned paper: Basic Grey (Aspen Frost)
Stamps: WPlus9 Design Studio (Iconic Christmas)
Ink: Stampin' Up! (Real Red, Gumball Green), Versafine (Onyx Black)

Other: May Arts (twine), Zig Wink of Stella glitter brush
After visiting the rest of the 12 Kits gals, I always find myself saying "Why didn't I think of that?", and I know you'll be just as inspired as I am!

My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary today, and we have some wonderful friends coming to stay with us later in the week, so we have lots of fun things planned! I hope you have a fantastic week, too.
Thanks for visiting!

Beautiful cards, Christina!! Happy Anniversary!! Have a wonderful time celebrating!
These are gorgeous. I can't wait to see what others you created.
Hope you have a great anniversary!
As always...
simply gorgeous!!
love them both! :)
And Happy Anniversary!
We celebrated ours this past Thursday...
and I forgot. :(
But in my defense I only had my days mixed up...thought the 27th was Friday...
and he once tried to convince me we got married on the 28th so I think he's done much worse...he forgot the day!
But 21 years and counting...
no lasting damage! :)
Enjoy!
Both cards are beautiful. Gorgeous papers and I love how you kept them in focus.
Beautiful as always Christina - you have a wonderful eye for composition! I love them both - so clean looking - but packed full of details, your lovely stitching, the layered dies and the perfect touch of bling! You always inspire me!
Both of your cards are absolutely stunning. You always do such a good job with CAS--but using things in such a way as not to be too boring. Have a wonderful anniversary and visit with your friends, and I will be on the lookout for some more cards from you.
Christina your cards are gorgeous and now I need to CASE them! Your first card is stunning, then I see how you used the birch bark paper? LOVE!
Stunning pair of cards Christina..I love that sweet Santa with his list standing by the Christmas tree, just so sweet.
I didn't think to layer the Dec. 25th with the intricate die cut...it looks awesome! And the santa card is sweet, what a great choice of papers. As always beautiful cards, Christina :)
Hope you had an excellent day. These holiday cards are so elegant.
Happy Anniversary to you both Christina! Love the 25 card with the gorgeous die Jeanne sent....we were on the same page with that one. Love that birch paper with the red Santa list. The second post is beautiful as well with the sweet tag !
Glad you had a nice day, gorgeousness cards here as always.
Such wonderful layouts on these, Christina! So clean, crisp, and fresh! I love that Santa card with the woodgrain background, so rustic and charming!
Christina, these cards are wonderful!!! I always enjoy seeing yours because you add that little bit of stitching in there that just makes these cards one step up. The birch card is my favorite with the silhouettes and twine!!!
