Hi there! I have a quick post tonight to share a card for two challenges. First is another gorgeous color combo at CR84FN. This is one of my absolute favorite color combos, so I had to make some time to play along! I also used the sketch from Waltzingmouse.
Nothing fancy about this card! I stamped another one of these cutie images from Half Pint Heroes and colored it with Copics and Prisma pencils. I need some practice with the red Copics to keep them from bleeding!
I embossed an Aqua Mist panel with PTI's Argyle impression plate, then stamped one of the little stars from Half Pint Heroes on some of the raised diamonds. The sentiment "vroom..." is from the same set, and I just stamped it on each end of a strip of white cardstock before layering it behind the main image.
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (Pure Poppy, Aqua Mist, white)
Stamps: Waltzingmouse (Half Pint Heroes)
Ink: Inkadinkadoo (Black), Clearsnap (Frost White), Copic markers
Tools: Spellbinders (square die), Papertrey Ink (Argyle impression plate)
Accessories: Papertrey Ink (buttons), DMC floss
Coloring medium: Prismacolor Premier pencils
Okay, off to watch game 7 of playoff hockey! I know, what's wrong with me? Somehow I've gotten sucked in this year, but at least it's "quality time" with the hubby.
