Welcome back, friends! It's time for another fabulous CASE Study challenge with our Muse of the month, Jen Rzasa!
|By Jen Rzasa|
I love the pop of bright colors with clean white cardstock on Jen's card, so I focused on those as well as the butterfly shape and sentiment banner.
I started by die cutting a circle in a square piece of white cardstock. I used the same circle die and a scalloped circle die to cut a frame from chartreuse cardstock. This panel is popped up with foam adhesive over a piece of orange patterned paper.
I die cut a white butterfly and added polka dot embossing, then layered a smaller turquoise butterfly on top and placed them in the center of the die cut window. The sentiment, from PTI's Think Big Favorites #4, is stamped in turquoise on a double ended banner and embellished with blue gems.
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (Simply Chartreuse, White)
Patterned paper: My Mind's Eye (Fine & Dandy), Echo Park (Little Girl)
Stamp: Papertrey Ink (Think Big Favorites #4)
Ink: Stampin' Up! (Island Indigo)
Tools: Papertrey Ink (butterfly dies, double ended banner die), Spellbinders (circle, scalloped circle dies), ProvoCraft (embossing folder), corner rounder
I hope you'll find time to play along with the challenge this week!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great Thursday!
